Q1. Who delivers my order?

All MRX products are shipped via Japan Post (EMS) for both domestic and international deliveries. It’s fast, trackable, and reliable.

Q2. Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Your privacy is important. The outer box is completely plain, no logos or product names.
Inside, you'll find the official MRX packaging, branding, and instructions for a premium and professional presentation.

Q3. How long does delivery take?

Within Japan: 1–3 business days
International (EMS): 7–15 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

Q4. Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Q5. What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipping will require an additional shipping charge.

Q6. Is my delivery insured?

Yes. All EMS shipments include basic shipping insurance. In case of loss or damage, we will assist in resolving the issue with Japan Post.
