Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately at:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unopened and unused
The original packaging is intact
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please note: Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return a Product

We will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address
Ship the product back to us at your own cost using a trackable service
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

Refund Details
If your return is approved:
We will refund the product amount to your original payment method
Shipping charges and any taxes paid are non-refundable
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days

Non-Returnable Items
Any opened, used, or damaged products
Returns made after the 7-day window
